Photography and Video Recording
During the 2026 Nordic Hapkido Seminar & Tournament, photographs and video recordings will be taken throughout the event.
The purpose is to document the event, promote future seminars and tournaments, and share the international Hapkido community through official communication channels.
How media may be used
Photos and videos may be published on:
- Nordic Hapkido – Tam Moo Kwan website;
- Nordic Hapkido social media;
- World Kido Federation (WKF) channels;
- Hanminjok Hapkido Association channels;
- future event marketing; and
- printed promotional material.
Legal basis
Media containing identifiable participants is processed according to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Registration for the event includes information regarding photography and video recording.
Your rights
If you appear in published material and have concerns, you may contact the organizer. Requests to remove or limit future use of identifiable photographs will always be considered whenever reasonably possible.

For participants under 18 years of age, consent is handled through the registration process and guardian approval where required.
