All online payments are handled through Stripe. Stripe acts as an independent payment service provider and processes payment information according to its own privacy information. Nordic Hapkido – Tam Moo Kwan never stores payment card details.

After registration you may receive emails regarding registration confirmation, payment confirmation, event information, schedule updates and practical information before the event. Emails are sent from info@nordichapkido.se using authenticated email delivery.

8. Photography and Video

Photographs and video recordings may be taken during the event. Material may be used on Nordic Hapkido digital channels, social media, future event promotion and educational material. During registration, participants are informed about photography and video recording. If you have questions regarding published material, please contact us.

9. Data Retention

Personal information is stored only for as long as necessary to administer the event, comply with legal accounting requirements, resolve payment matters and maintain necessary event records. Ordinary registration and event-administration information is intended to be retained for 24 months after the event, unless a different period is necessary or required by law. Information that is no longer required is deleted or anonymised.

10. Sharing of Information

We do not sell or rent personal information. Information may be shared only when necessary with trusted service providers involved in operating the event, including Stripe for payment processing, Loopia for hosting and email infrastructure, WordPress-related technical services and authorised event staff.
