1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the 2026 Nordic Hapkido Seminar & Tournament. By submitting a registration and completing payment, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

3. Registration

Registration is completed when the registration form has been submitted, payment has been successfully received and a confirmation has been issued by the organiser. The organiser reserves the right to refuse or cancel a registration in exceptional circumstances, subject to applicable law.

4. Event Packages

Participants may register for one of the available packages published on the official website. Package contents are described on the registration page and may include seminars, tournament participation or combined packages. Dinner participation, where offered, is optional and paid separately at the restaurant unless otherwise stated.

5. Payment

All online payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are shown in Swedish Kronor (SEK). A registration is not considered confirmed until payment has been successfully completed, unless the organiser expressly confirms another arrangement.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

Refunds are governed by the official Refund & Cancellation Policy. Cancellations received before the published Refund Deadline are eligible for a refund less the applicable Cancellation Fee. No refunds are normally issued after the Refund Deadline. If the organiser cancels the event, registration fees will be refunded in accordance with the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Event Changes

The organiser reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the schedule, instructors, venue, seminar content and tournament timetable. Such changes do not automatically entitle participants to a refund.

8. Force Majeure

The organiser shall not be liable for delays, changes or cancellation caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics or pandemics, governmental restrictions, serious transport disruption, fire, venue unavailability, civil emergencies or comparable events. Any refund or transfer options will be communicated based on the circumstances and applicable law.

9. Participant Responsibility

Participants are responsible for ensuring that they are physically able to participate, have appropriate insurance where required, follow instructions from organisers and instructors, use required protective equipment and behave respectfully towards other participants.

10. Liability

Martial arts training and competition involve physical activity and a risk of injury. Participation is at the participant’s own risk. The organiser accepts no responsibility for personal injury, illness, theft, loss or damage except where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited under Swedish law.

11. Photography & Video

Photography and video recording may take place during the event. Material may be used on the organiser’s website, social media, educational material and future event promotion. Participants who have questions regarding published material are encouraged to contact the organiser.

12. Personal Data

Personal information is processed in accordance with the published Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall, unless otherwise required by mandatory law, be resolved under Swedish jurisdiction. The parties should first attempt to resolve questions directly with the organiser.

15. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to demonstrate respect, courtesy and good sportsmanship throughout the event. Harassment, discrimination, violence or behaviour that endangers the safety or well-being of others may result in removal from the event without refund, subject to applicable law.
